By downloading or using Car Chase Clash, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Use of the game
Car Chase Clash is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the game except where applicable law permits it.
Gameplay and availability
The game, scores, rewards, cars, difficulty, advertising, and other features may be changed, suspended, or removed in future updates. We do not guarantee that the game or every feature will always be available or free from errors.
Advertisements and rewarded ads
The game displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional. An in-game reward is granted only when the advertising provider confirms completion. A reward may not be granted if an ad is unavailable, interrupted, closed early, or cannot be verified.
Intellectual property
The game and its original software, design, graphics, branding, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party advertising and licensed audio remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the game.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after an update means you accept the revised terms.
